About Me.I am a qualified and professionally trained humanistic therapist; supporting and empowering you to find your own way, by offering a relationship of trust and honesty.
I am currently a volunteer counsellor at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham and have experience of supporting family members who have lost a loved one and those living with a family member with a terminal illness. Here, I have worked with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and relationship and family issues.
I have also worked at Farnham Sixth Form College counselling young people (16+) with a wide range of issues such as, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal thought, exam related stress, autism and Asperger's.
My background and extensive experience is in an educational setting at Guildford College; supporting students with a wide range of special needs.
I am a warm, empathic and genuine person who aims to offer therapy in a flexible and open way, encompassing your needs and adapting to your circumstances.
